Returns can be made within 14 business days from the day you receive
your package. To make the process easier we ask you to email us at the
following address biuro@czachor.net, in the of the title of the email
please state "return" along with your order number.
In the return box please include filled out return form which can be
found here.
Please keep your tracking information until your funds are being
refunded. Returns are made at the clients costs.

Once we receive your package and make sure that the article is in
sellable conditions we will refund your money.
Funds will be returned to clients account within 14 business days.
If you receive a defective item we ask you to fill out our complaint
form, which you can find here. We ask you to
email complaint form to the following address biuro@czachor.net, in the
title of the email please write Complain. After approving your complain
we will send you information on your return steps.
